White Glove Delivery - (Add 2 to 4 Weeks ETA)

Our white glove delivery is available for all items. It is done by our in-house delivery team. This option includes: pre-assembling the items prior to shipping, call ahead scheduling, the set up inside of your home, and removal of all debris and boxes.

More Information Regarding Delivery

What Is Included in Residential White Glove Delivery?

Residential White Glove Delivery includes all pre-assembly of the furniture, safe & insured transportation of the furniture, in-home set up of the furniture, removal of any debris (cardboard, protective plastics, foam, etc) from your home.

What Else Should I Know to Prepare For My Delivery?

Removal or rearrangement of preexisting furniture is not allowed by our delivery team. The area for the "in-home setup" should be prepared for our delivery team ahead of the delivery. Please call us before the delivery date if you think this may be an issue. If there are any unusual layouts or obstacles in your home, such as, narrow door ways, narrow hallways, non first floor deliveries, elevators, scheduling, security arrangements or anything else not mentioned here that could make delivery more difficult, please call and let us know as soon as possible. Most of these difficulties can be eased with preparation. 

What is in the Fine Print?

Products shipped from overseas can be held at port for inspection and could delay the shipment up to 2 weeks. While this is uncommon, it is something we cannot control. The estimated delivery times do not guarantee your items will be delivered in that time frame, however, we will notify you if a delay is inevitable. Delivery of larger items (Ex: Recliners, Sofas, Sectionals etc) will be done via Residential White Glove Delivery. The lead time will vary depending on your proximity to our showroom (Atlanta, GA). A driver will call you on a phone number provided to schedule delivery when your item leaves our showroom. Damaged Freight or Shipment

In the highly unlikely event that freight is damaged, our customers should do the following:

  1. Inspect the carton, packaging, box, and shipping materials. Note any damage that may appear and take pictures if possible. 
  2. Open the package and inspect the product you ordered for damage. Do a thorough investigation of the products you ordered and note any damage that could have occurred during shipment. Take pictures if possible. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure damage did not occur upon delivery. If you need to sign for the package or delivery, have the driver note that the item was damaged. 
  3. Contact us by calling us. If we are unable to answer your call, please send us an email at SLRecliners@gmail.com and explain the damage you saw on the delivery. Please do this within 24 hours to avoid any issues with reporting a delivery claim. 
  4. We will assist you with a freight damage claim, refund, and reordering of your product. 

      Warranty Information

      All of our products have a "no hassle" guarantee. That means any product purchased from SL Recliners has the full support of each manufacturer and their associated product warranties. We are an authorized dealer for each of our manufacturers' products and in most cases have had long term relationships with them. Our suppliers value our business and work with us on your behalf to satisfy any warranty claims should they ever arise.       Exchange/Cancelation Policy

      Designer Home Comfort, LLC (dba SL Recliners and SLrecliners.com) does not accept the return of any custom ordered product.

      * Some products require special ordering from manufacturers in colors and finishes our customers choose themselves. Due to the very specific and special-order nature of these products we are unable to accept exchanges or cancellations for these items.

      It is very important to double check the size and colors needed prior to order. If color is very important to your order, we highly recommend ordering samples prior to placing your order. Because leather is a natural product, some variation in grain pattern and wrinkling is expected. This is not considered a defect and cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.

      Designer Home Comfort reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or cancellation for any reason.

       

      EXCHANGES:

      You may exchange non-custom products (in stock items) for any in stock item. Additional pickup/delivery fees will apply. Restocking fee of 25% will apply to all exchanges. Shipping is non-refundable/creditable. 

       

      RETURNS:

      All custom products (US or Norway) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Return shipping fee will apply. Shipping is non-refundable. 

       

      CANCELLATIONS:

      All orders that are canceled prior to being entered into production or shipping will be refunded less 10% plus a processing fee.


      CHARGEBACKS - ZERO TOLERANCE:

      Any attempt to reverse a credit card charge, before or after the delivery of the order will result in the cancelation of the order. The chargeback will be contested, and the person/company on the billing information will be sent to a collection’s agency.

      In some cases, the person/company on the billing information will be sent to claims court in the locality of that person/company's billing address. "Friendly Fraud" is theft and will be treated as such. 

      After a chargeback, our company will no longer work with you on the existing order or any future orders.

      Warranty Information

        Typographic Errors

        In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, SL Recliners shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SL Recliners shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, SL Recliners shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

        Sales Tax

        Designer Home Comfort, LLC (SL Recliners dba) operates in the state of Georgia. Our store collects sales tax on purchases made through our store for this state. We automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Georgia. Your order will reflect this tax in the checkout. Designer Home Comfort does not collect sales tax on out of state orders. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes according to your state laws regarding purchases made out of state.
