Characteristics
Batick is a corrected grain, pigment improved and grain embossed upholstery leather, which has had most of its natural marks removed. Batick may have a two-tone colour effect to liven up the surface. Batick is resistant to fading, although changes in colour will occur over time due to use and exposure to light. A protective layer of lacquer simplifies cleaning. Simple cleaning, excellent utilization properties and a favorable price make Batick a good choice.

Characteristics
Cori is a corrected grain, pigment improved and grain embossed upholstery leather. Cori has a substantial body and a distinct pebbled grain. Most of its natural marks are removed. Cori has a tip-shine which adds depth and character to the surface. Some colours have two-tone/tone-on-tone effect. A protective layer of lacquer simplifies cleaning. Cori is a wise choice if you want leather with excellent utilization properties, a robust structure and an exclusive look.

Characteristics
Paloma is a slightly corrected grain leather with a combination of dyes and pigments that smoothens down some of the structure (the grain pattern) of the leather. The grain structure in Paloma may however vary a little at some parts of the furniture and also minor colour nuances may appear in the leather. Natural marks, scars and insect bites are natural and will appear in Paloma. A thin coat of lacquer gives Paloma some protection and simplifies cleaning, but Paloma does not have the same heavy duty quality and protection as Batick and Cori. Due to its soft, natural and comfortable expression, Paloma is a very popular choice.

Noblesse is one of the most exclusive leather qualities in the Stressless® leather collection. It is a full grain semi-aniline, which means that it is dyed all the way through and has only a thin protective topcoat. This allows the leather to keep the natural softness and lustre that characterizes a first-class furniture leather. A natural material like Noblesse retains its original grain and structure. Minor color nuances and skin blemishes may also occur. Such individual details could lead to slight variations in different parts of the furniture cover. Although the topcoat provides a measure of protection, Noblesse is one of the most delicate Stressless® leather qualities. It absorbs moisture easily, and is more vulnerable to wear and tear, heat, sunlight, spills and perspiration. Regular maintenance is important to keep its attractive appearance.

Characteristics
PIONEER is a premium full-grain aniline pull-up leather. It is dyed all the way through, then treated with a mix of oils and waxes before being vacuum dried. This enhances the soft full-bodied leather sensation and the natural, rich and transparent look that becomes even more beautiful with age. Pioneer leather retains its original grain and structure, which means that colour nuances in different areas of the furniture, natural marks and skin blemishes will occur. These are typical characteristic of a natural material like Pioneer leather. Pioneer absorbs moisture easily and is vulnerable to heat, sunlight, spills and perspiration. Regular maintenance is important to keep the luxurious and elegant appearance.

I tried them out at a store that carries them then bought online. Having the chair for a few months now, i can give my thoughts. On my rear-end and back, the chair is comfy. The material is top notch! The chair is pretty easy to recline and return. A few things I don’t like: the arm rests are too low and do not move so when reclined, my elbows don’t quite reach ( and wife says I have monkey stems). The ottoman height doesn’t match the height of the front edge of the chair and thus causes stress on the knee joint. I had to add the height ring to the ottoman (and it good now after spending another $150). Something else to know; the chair is more like a zero G chair than a recliner. I find sitting in it to be relaxing and when reclined, relieves pressure on my old bones. I also added the laptop swing around desk which is very handy for work from home. The chair is nice… the price is steep.
I have finally found a recliner that fits my body perfectly. The craftsmanship and material quality are superb while the overall simple design adapts perfectly to any decor. I look forward to being a member of the Stressless family for a long time.

I purchased the Emily Large Ottoman for two reasons; I wanted an option for putting up my feet, and second, I wanted the storage that it provides. I meets both of those needs perfectly and matches my sleek and modern Emily couch.

We were in Missouri Furniture in Columbia, Missouri, looking at sofas and recliners. I had been shopping for traditional recliners for about a year. Imagine my surprise when the salesman, Keith, took my husband over to the Stressless Recliners. It was love at first sight when my husband laid eyes on what would be the recliners we ordered. These recliners didn't look a bit like the traditional recliners I had been shopping for--they were better! Sold! Two recliners arrived at our home about six weeks later. It was worth the wait!

I loved this recliner so much, I bought a second for another house. My husband will be 85 this year, and slumping on a couch or in a non-supportive recliner is not good. This is comfortable, but also the best support for his body.
